Job summary

JET Homeloans is seeking a Processor to manage file processing from submission through closing. You will coordinate with underwriting, loan officers, and processing supervisors to ensure timely, compliant loan processing and effective communication with borrowers and referral sources.

Responsibilities include analyzing credit and financial data, obtaining third-party verifications, and ensuring data integrity throughout the processing lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze credit, income, assets, and collateral upon receipt of loan to determine underwriting needs.
• Communicate document requirements and conditions to borrowers and referral sources.
• Obtain verifications and third-party information to validate application data.
• Utilize DU, LP and GUS for evaluating agency eligible transactions and determine supporting information needed for underwriting.
