JET Homeloans in Orlando, FL is seeking a Loan Processor to handle processing from submission to closing. You will coordinate with underwriting, sales, and closing teams to ensure timely, accurate loan processing and exceptional borrower communication.

Responsibilities

• Process an average of 14 closed loan files per month.
• Review initial submissions from sales within 48 hours and provide welcome call and follow up email to the borrower.
• Submit loans to underwriting within 5 business days of receipt.
• Represent JET with the highest level of customer service and professionalism.
• Maintain loan level data and document integrity throughout the processing lifecycle.
• Submit CD Requests to closing 7 or more business days prior to closing.
• Resubmit loans for CFD or CTC at least 6 days prior to closing.
