Job summary

Jet HomeLoans, LLC is seeking a Processor to manage files from submission through closing, coordinating with underwriting, loan officers and the Processing Supervisor to ensure timely, compliant transactions.

Responsibilities include reviewing credit, income, assets and collateral, obtaining verifications and other documents, and maintaining data integrity throughout the processing lifecycle while delivering excellent customer service to borrowers.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze credit, income, assets, and collateral upon receipt of loan to determine needs for underwriting to make a reasonable credit decision.
• Communicate document requirements and conditions to borrowers and referral sources as needed consistent with corporate communication policies.
• Obtain credit supplements, verifications of employment, verifications of deposit, clear fraud alerts, title commitments, transcripts, appraisals, builder documentation and other third-party information to validate application data.
• Utilize DU, LP and GUS for evaluating agency eligible transactions. Review findings and determine documentation and supporting information needed for underwriting approval.
• Work with underwriting and closing departments to facilitate an efficient and compliant transaction.
• Respond to post closing requests for additional documentation or system updates to ensure timely loan sales.
• Conduct weekly pipeline meetings with sales and provide regular communication to ensure a total team approach necessary to provide exceptional levels of customer service to borrowers and referral sources.
• Licensing and certifications to be obtained when requested by management, such as NMLS licensing, bond certifications, and other educational certifications.
