Job summary

JET Homeloans in the United States is seeking a Processor who will oversee the file lifecycle from submission through closing. You will collaborate with underwriting, loan officer teams and the Processing Supervisor to ensure timely, compliant processing in line with policy.

Responsibilities include reviewing credit, income, assets and collateral; gathering verifications; coordinating with closing; and maintaining data integrity.

Qualifications

• Review and analyze credit, income, assets and collateral upon receipt of loan to determine underwriting needs.
• Identify document requirements and conditions for borrowers and referral sources.
• Obtain verifications of employment, deposits, title commitments and other third-party data to validate applications.
• Use DU/LP/GUS to evaluate agency-eligible transactions and determine needed documentation.
• Coordinate with underwriting and closing to ensure timely, compliant processing.
• Respond to post-closing requests for additional documentation or system updates.

Responsibilities

• Review initial submissions from sales and provide welcome call and follow-up email to borrowers.
• Submit loans to underwriting within five business days of receipt.
• Maintain loan-level data and document integrity throughout processing.
• Conduct weekly pipeline meetings with sales and provide regular updates.
• Submit CD requests to closing seven or more business days prior to closing.
• Resubmit loans for CFD or CTC at least six days before closing.
• Licensing and certifications to be obtained when requested by management (e.g., NMLS).
