JET Homeloans is seeking a Processor to manage loan files from submission to closing. You will coordinate with underwriting and closing to ensure timely and compliant processing, with daily touchpoints across departments to support smooth loan sales.

Responsibilities include reviewing credit documentation, communicating requirements to borrowers, and maintaining data integrity throughout the lifecycle. Prior experience in mortgage processing and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Review and analyze credit, income, assets, and collateral upon loan receipt to determine underwriting needs.
• Communicate document requirements and conditions to borrowers and referral sources per policy.
• Obtain credit supplements, verifications of employment, deposits, and other third-party info for validation.

Aufgaben

• Review submissions from sales within 48 hours and provide welcome call and follow-up email.
• Submit loans to underwriting within 5 business days of receipt.
• Represent JET with high-level customer service and professionalism.
• Maintain loan-level data and document integrity throughout processing.
