Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Label documents and split into proper file folders.
• Request appraisal and title work to be ordered and track items for timely return.
• Analyze income and asset documents for initial review to support processing/underwriting.
• Review loan documents for completeness to move files to underwriting.
• Assist with adverse action notices, denials, and re-disclosures.
• Support originators with pipeline management to avoid delays.
• Assist with pipeline reports for meetings to ensure origination accuracy.
• Order items as needed to keep files moving when processor is out.
