Qualifications
- One year certificate from a college or technical school.
- 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training.
- Regular sitting, using hands and arms, and ability to talk and hear.
Responsibilities
- Provide detailed support to Mortgage Loan Officers and maintain customer relationships.
- Collect and verify documentation for processing and closing mortgage loans.
- Ensure compliance with loan documentation requirements and schedule closings.
