Qualifications

• One year certificate from a college or technical school.
• 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training.
• Regular sitting, using hands and arms, and ability to talk and hear.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed support to Mortgage Loan Officers and maintain customer relationships.
• Collect and verify documentation for processing and closing mortgage loans.
• Ensure compliance with loan documentation requirements and schedule closings.
