Responsibilities

• Request additional documents to support the loan application.
• Input appraisals into the loan origination system with property details.
• Run DU/LPA to support loan approval and documentation.
• Update the loan file as documents are received and AUS findings re-run.
• Prepare and deliver closing disclosures and schedule closings.
