Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review documentation submitted by loan originators to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Request additional documents as needed to support loan applications.
• Verify disclosures to borrowers within required timelines and ensure file complies with guidelines.
• Order appraisals and pull credit reports; input data into the loan origination system.
• Run DU/LPA/ AUS findings when necessary and update files as documents are received.
• Communicate with originators, underwriters, borrowers, and real estate professionals to manage expectations and timelines.
