Guild Mortgage Company is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to support originators by building complete loan files, managing documents, and coordinating steps from lead to contract and contract to close.

The role requires strong organization, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Office tools. You will monitor loan timelines, collect documentation, and maintain courteous client contact while upholding Guild's privacy and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in Mortgage lending or related field is a plus.
• Strong detail orientation and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist originator in appointment setting and client outreach.
• Pull and prep loan applications, credit reports, and AUS findings.
• Manage calendars, track leads, and coordinate follow-ups with clients and referral sources.
• Monitor loan milestones from lead to contract and contract to close; provide status updates.
