Job summary

PrimeLending, a PlainsCapital Company, is seeking a loan originator to promote PrimeLending products and services to realtors, builders, bank officers, and clients. The role involves managing the loan process from application to closing, counseling buyers, and ensuring loan documentation and eligibility compliance.

You will build and maintain relationships with partners, monitor loan status, and present loan terms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent and effective presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to quickly assess and process large amounts of data and use AU software technology.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates loan products and determines which financial products best meet customer needs.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders and new home sales reps.
• Markets and promotes PrimeLending's financial products.
• Meets monthly production standards with funded units/volume.
• Monitors loan process from application to closing and communicates loan status to interested parties.
• Presents terms and conditions of loans to customers.
