Job summary

PrimeLending is seeking an experienced Loan Originator to markets PrimeLending products to realtors, builders, bank officers, and clients. You will establish relationships, take complete loan applications, and guide customers from application through closing.

The role involves meeting production standards, advising on loan products, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and funding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with state licenses as required.
• Valid driver's license and current automobile liability insurance.
• Minimum 12 months loan originator experience.
• Ability to interact with realtors, sales agents, builders, appraisers, and corporate departments.

Responsibilities

• Markets and promotes PrimeLending products to realtors, builders, bank officers, and clients.
• Develops and maintains relationships with realtors, builders, and home sales representatives.
• Originates loans by taking complete and accurate applications and presenting terms.
• Monitors loan process from application to closing and advises customers on products.
