Layton Mortgage, LLC is seeking dynamic mortgage professionals who can independently generate business. This 1099, fully remote role emphasizes personal loan production with 200-275 basis points compensation, plus lifetime overrides on referrals and access to a cutting-edge tech stack.

You will originate loans by nurturing client relationships, stay updated on market trends and regulations, and contribute to growth through recruiting and referrals.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid NMLS license and be in good standing in applicable states.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and procedures.
• Ability to originate loans and develop client relationships.

• Dynamic mortgage professionals capable of independently generating business.
• In-depth understanding of mortgage industry dynamics and market trends.
• Mortgage Loan Officers must hold a valid license in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah-DRE, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin maintaining good standing with NMLS.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and procedures.
