Layton Mortgage, LLC is seeking dynamic mortgage professionals to independently generate business as Loan Officers in a 100% remote, 1099 position.

We offer a broker-channel pricing model, multi-level referral overrides for life, and cutting-edge tools and marketing funnels designed to accelerate growth and revenue.

Qualifications

• Mortgage Loan Officers must hold a valid NMLS License in VA and other states listed.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and procedures.
• Ability to independently generate business and grow the company through referrals.

We are seeking:

• Dynamic mortgage professionals capable of independently generating business.
• In-depth understanding of mortgage industry dynamics and market trends.
• Mortgage Loan Officers must hold a valid NMLS License in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah-DRE, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and procedures.
