Job summary

A&D Mortgage LLC is seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist to oversee centralized mortgage disclosure processes and ensure regulatory compliance, including TRID/RESPA. You will lead audit support, process improvements, and cross‑department collaboration to maintain high standards of adherence and operational excellence.

Based in Fort Lauderdale, this role requires strong regulatory knowledge and analytic skills, with responsibility for monitoring changes, training staff, and supporting loan

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of mortgage compliance experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or GED; certifications in compliance are a plus.
• Experience with audit support and regulatory compliance in the mortgage industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of TRID, RESPA, and other banking regulations.
• Familiarity with mortgage loan documentation and processes.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all mortgage disclosures.
• Maintain comprehensive records of disclosures with loan files.
• Assist with periodic internal audits and regulatory reviews.
• Support other fulfillment functions including loan opening processes and rate sheets.
• Collaborate with the Compliance Department on special projects and process improvements.
• Monitor changes in mortgage compliance regulations and update processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on mortgage compliance and train junior staff.
• Identify potential compliance risks and escalation issues.
• Work effectively within a team and manage multiple priorities.
