Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of Title Insurance is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Order third-party services on each loan file (appraisals, title obligations, verifications, tax transcripts).
• Follow up with title companies to ensure receipt of title requests.
• Monitor title request status to ensure timely fulfillment for Univest.
• Communicate with title companies when updates are needed.
• Review title for accuracy and required information.
• Prepare initial disclosure packages in accordance with TRID regulations verifying fee disclosures.
