Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Onboard new loan files and confirm data accuracy, requesting additional docs as needed.
• Review loan files for completeness, accuracy, and qualification.
• Advise borrowers on product requirements, pricing, policies, and guidelines; manage pipeline.
• Serve as primary contact for all parties and third-party stakeholders with ongoing communication.
• Coordinate with origination, underwriting staff, and external parties as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HMDA, Mavent, and regulatory guidelines; schedule closings.
• Prepare closing packages and verify conditions are met prior to closing.
