Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years' commercial loan documentation experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review loan approvals for policy compliance and collateral validity.
• Review attorney-prepared loan documents and coordinate necessary changes before closing.
• Assist in loan closings, support funding and fee management, and document exceptions.
• Provide follow-up reporting of loan exceptions and reconcile pre-closing expenses.
• Ensure compliance with banking laws and internal policies to reduce risk.
