Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. is seeking an experienced Loan Officer to join our growing retail team in Georgia. You will originate loans through self-sourced referrals, build relationships with realtors, builders, and financial professionals, and guide clients from application to closing.

You will manage a consistent pipeline, stay compliant with regulations, and leverage CRM tools to grow your business in a supportive, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license required.
• Experience originating mortgage loans preferred.
• Proven ability to self-source and develop referral-based business.
• Established referral relationships and local market presence preferred.
• Strong sales and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate residential mortgage loans through self-generated business and referral partnerships.
• Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, financial planners, CPAs, and other referral sources.
• Build a consistent pipeline through networking, prospecting, and local market engagement.
• Consult with borrowers to evaluate financial and credit data to determine financing solutions.
• Guide clients through the mortgage process from application through closing.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company lending regulations.
• Utilize CRM and marketing tools to manage leads, referrals, and ongoing client communication.
• Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure timely and smooth loan closings.
• Stay informed on mortgage products, market trends, and industry guidelines.
