Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Loan Officer to join our growing retail team.

This role is ideal for a self‑driven mortgage professional who excels at building relationships, originating business, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the home financing process. You will develop and manage your own pipeline through self‑sourced referrals, realtor partnerships, builder relationships, and community networking, while guiding clients

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license required.
• Previous mortgage loan origination experience preferred.
• Proven ability to self‑source and develop referral‑based business.
• Established referral relationships and local market presence strongly preferred.
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and jumbo loan products.

Responsibilities

• Originate residential mortgage loans through self-generated business and referral partnerships.
• Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, financial planners, CPAs, and other referral sources.
• Build a consistent pipeline through networking, prospecting, and local market engagement.
• Consult with borrowers to evaluate financial and credit data to determine financing solutions.
• Guide clients through the mortgage process from application through closing.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company lending regulations.
• Utilize CRM and marketing tools to manage leads, referrals, and ongoing client communication.
• Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure timely and smooth loan closings.
