Job summary

Denali Funding Group is seeking licensed Mortgage Loan Officers who want to grow their production. You will connect with company-provided leads and analyze borrowers' financial goals to design suitable mortgage options, guiding files from application to closing.

Our in-house processing team supports you, while technology like Arive, Five9, and Bonzo keeps pipelines moving and communications consistent. This role offers uncapped earning potential and room to grow as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Officers with ability to grow production.
• Strong sales, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident speaking with prospective borrowers and handling objections.
• Consistent follow-up and strong pipeline management.
• Coachable, accountable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Connect with company-provided leads and turn opportunities into active loan applications.
• Learn borrower's financial goals and structure mortgage options.
• Review credit, income, assets, and documentation to determine qualification and loan options.
• Manage borrower relationships and pipeline from first conversation through closing.
• Partner with in-house processing to keep files moving and resolve issues.
• Maintain borrower communication, follow-up, and pipeline management.
• Maintain accurate, compliant loan files per lending requirements.
• Develop strong client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
