Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year mortgage lending experience with proven production.
• Strong external business development via referral partners (realtors, builders, financial planners).

Responsibilities

• Completes mortgage applications for submission to loan processing and underwriting.
• Evaluates loan requests, analyzes financial data, and reviews credit history.
• Maintains contact with loan customers and conveys progress.
• Structures loans to comply with regulations and lending practices.
• Cross-sells other bank products and services.
