Job summary

You will complete applications, assess qualification, gather documents, and keep customers informed of progress, while cross-selling Regions bank products.

The role is full-time with a commission-based incentive plan tied to performance and production within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; real estate or mortgage experience valued.
• Minimum one year of mortgage lending experience with proven production.
• Experience developing external business via referral partners in the market.

Responsibilities

• Completes mortgage applications for submission to processing and underwriting.
• Evaluates loan requests, analyzes financial data, and reviews credit history.
• Maintains contact with loan customers and tracks documentation.
• Structures loans to comply with lending practices and regulations.
• Develops detailed marketing plans and sources new customers and referrals.
• Promotes Regions products; cross-sells services as appropriate.
