Qualifications

• This role requires a High School Diploma or GED and mortgage lending experience.
• Ability to develop external business via referral partners such as realtors and financial planners.
• Proven sales and customer-facing skills to discuss loan products and qualification information.

Responsibilities

• Completes mortgage applications for submission to loan processing and underwriting.
• Evaluates loan requests and determines qualification of collateral and credit history.
• Maintains contact with loan customers and communicates progress.
• Structures loans to comply with lending practices and regulations.
• Develops marketing plan and sources potential customers and referrals.
