Qualifications

• Must pass NMLS licensing or be eligible for mortgage licensing.
• Existing contacts or network in real estate, sales, or community relationships preferred.
• Self-starter who can generate own leads and build a pipeline.
• Willingness to work a 100% commission-based role with significant upside.

Responsibilities

• Originate and close mortgage loans by leveraging your network.
• Utilize provided systems, training, and AI tools to grow funding opportunities.
• Collaborate with agents, builders, and clients via calls, Zoom, and in-person meetings.
• Engage in ongoing coaching and apply feedback to improve performance.
