Qualifications

• Must have an existing sphere of contacts (real estate, sales, or community networks).
• Self-starter who can generate leads and own business development.
• Willingness to learn mortgage processes and systems.
• Commission-based, with no guaranteed salary; earnings depend on performance.

Responsibilities

• Generate and nurture relationships to convert opportunities into funded loans.
• Leverage training, systems, and the Inner Circle to close loans.
• Collaborate with pod leaders and leaders who fund loans for real-time guidance.
