You must be a self-starter who loves relationships and is coachable as you transition into mortgage origination, with the potential for substantial commission-based income and growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Grow and leverage your network to originate funded loans.

• Collaborate with pod leaders and leadership to close loans and grow earnings.
