Satori Mortgage is a national team of producing loan officers who collaborate to share wins and support one another. This is a 100% commission, self-generating role where you build your own book rather than relying on provided leads.

You will develop business through referrals, agent partnerships, and your personal brand, then close funded loans. You’ll receive hands-on coaching and have access to a broad lender shelf and AI tools to win deals.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage sales and building a client book is expected.
