Qualifications

• You already have a sphere: contacts in your phone, a past-client base from real estate, a sales network, or deep community relationships.
• You're a self-starter. Nobody is going to hand you a list of leads to dial; you generate your own business.
• You're genuinely coachable. You'll learn a new craft by following systems and feedback.
• You're ready to work. This is a 100% commission business with real upside and no income caps.

Responsibilities

• Our onboarding and training are built for producing loan officers, with a pod leader to help you win and access to the entire company via channels for fast replies.
• Weekly call on Wednesdays where producers share current winning strategies.
• You'll work with live borrower calls and real clients, not just scripts, with guidance from leaders who fund loans.
• You'll gain hands-on experience with origination mechanics, lender options, and prospecting systems to convert your network into funded loans.
