Satori Mortgage is building a nationwide team of loan officers who are new to mortgage but bring strong networks and hustle. You’ll receive onboarding, coaching, and proven prospecting systems to turn your network into funded loans.

This is a 100% commission role with no guaranteed income, backed by a culture-first team that supports you through live calls, mentorship, and advanced AI tools to win partnerships and close loans.

Qualifications

• Focus on building relationships and generating opportunities.
• Must obtain NMLS license; willingness to learn systems.
• Strong communication and self-motivation required.

Responsibilities
