Qualifications

• You generate your own business through referrals, agent partnerships, your personal brand, or outbound.
• You close what you start and we care more about conversion than call count.
• You are coachable and open to feedback, even when you are already succeeding.
• You outwork the room but you won't be doing it alone.

Responsibilities

• Plug into onboarding built by a producing loan officer, designed around what we wish we'd had starting out.
• Real coaching and accountability, including Bootcamp Sessions every Wednesday and ongoing development.
• A national community sharing what's working market by market, in real time.
• 50+ lenders plus a correspondent channel and a broker's shelf to structure and close deals you might lose at a banker shop.
• A real AI edge with Gemini through Google Workspace, custom GPTs, and hands-on training.
• No income caps.
