Responsibilities

• Completes mortgage applications for submission to loan processing and underwriting.
• Evaluates loan requests by analyzing financial data and credit history.
• Maintains contact with loan customers and communicates progress.
• Structures loans to comply with lending practices and regulations.
• Develops marketing plans and networks with realtors, builders, and financial planners.
• Participates in sales calls to develop or retain business.
• Cross-sell other bank products and services.
• Read surveys and appraisals and address encroachments/violations.
• Participate in professional/community networks to promote loan products.
