Responsibilities

• Completes mortgage applications for submission to loan processing and underwriting.
• Evaluates loan requests and analyzes financial data for qualification.
• Maintains contact with loan customers and communicates progress.
• Structures loan to comply with lending practices and regulations.
• Prospects via outbound calls and email to marketing leads; responds to inquiries.
