Job summary

Lending Force, LLC in Troy, MI is seeking licensed Loan Officers to join our busy floor. We provide company leads, inbound transfers, in-house processing, and a strong support structure so you can focus on closing loans.

The platform includes Arive and Five9, enabling live conversations instead of dialing, and our team benefits from a robust veteran support system. With a strong compensation plan ($80,000–$225,000 per year) and opportunities for growth, this role requires an active NMLS license

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license in good standing (Michigan; other states a plus).
• Mortgage origination experience with a track record you can speak to.
• Comfort on a high-volume, phone-driven floor.
• Someone who competes — with the board, and with their own last month.
• Able to work in person at our Troy office, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Work inbound and company-supplied leads through to application
• Structure purchase, refinance, and equity loans that actually fit the borrower
• Analyze credit, income, and assets to qualify and price accurately
• Own your pipeline from application to close, with processing carrying the paperwork
• Keep every file compliant with state and federal lending requirements
• Build the repeat and referral business that makes year two better than year one

Compensation

$80,000 – $225,000 per year, uncapped commission. Our median producing LO earned $115,00 last year. We'll walk you through the full comp grid on the first call. No mystery tiers.
