Lending Force, LLC in Troy, MI is hiring Loan Officer Trainees for a full-time, on-site training program. You’ll learn loan products, credit qualification, and borrower conversations, with a coach beside you from day one.

You don’t need mortgage experience or a license; licensing costs are paid for and you start earning while you learn. You’ll build a strong pipeline and become licensed as you progress.

• High school diploma or equivalent; no mortgage experience required.

Responsibilities

Lending Force is hiring our next class of Loan Officer Trainees in Troy. You don't need a mortgage background and you don't need a license. You're paid from day one while we train you, we cover 100% of your licensing, and we put you on the phone with a coach next to you.

Your First 90 Days

We don’t hand you a headset and wish you luck.

• Days 1–30 — Learn the business. Classroom and floor training on loan products, credit, and borrower qualification. You’re on the phones in week one with a script and a coach beside you.
• Days 31–60 — Get licensed. Full NMLS pre-licensing coursework and SAFE exam prep with a dedicated in-house exam trainer — not a video course you work through alone. Lending Force pays 100% of your course fees, exam fees, and licensing costs. You pay nothing.
• Days 61–90 — Build your pipeline. Company-provided leads, your own conversations, and real files moving toward closing with a licensed mentor on every call.

What You'll Do

• Work company-provided leads — live transfers / inbound calls. You are not cold-calling a list you bought.
• Talk to homeowners and homebuyers about their goals and figure out what they actually need
• Learn to qualify a borrower and structure a loan that works
• Gather documentation and keep your files clean and moving
• Work alongside our in-house processing team so your loans close on time
• Get coached daily — live call reviews, objection handling, script work

Who Does Well Here

• 1+ year in phone, retail, hospitality, fitness, insurance, auto, or any commission sales — or a recent grad who's hungry
• Comfortable talking to strangers about money
• Takes coaching without getting defensive
• Competitive, and keeps score
• High school diploma or equivalent; no prior mortgage experience required
• Willing to complete NMLS pre-licensing and pass the SAFE exam — we sponsor and pay for it

The Details

Full-time, W-2, [Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM], on-site at 50 W Big Beaver Rd, Troy, MI. This is not a remote role — the training only works in the room. Next class starts 8/31/2026.
