What You'll Do

• Convert inbound leads and live transfers into funded loans
• Consult with borrowers on purchase, refinance, and home-equity opportunities
• Evaluate borrower needs and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions
• Manage a high-volume pipeline from application through closing
• Partner with processing and operations to keep loans moving
• Deliver an exceptional borrower experience while meeting or exceeding production goals
