Job summary

MortgagePros, LLC, headquartered in Troy, Michigan, is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer Leader to manage and grow a high-performing team of loan officers. You will drive sales strategy, oversee loan origination, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional client service throughout the loan process.

You will mentor staff, monitor pipelines, identify market opportunities, and guide complex loan scenarios while maintaining quality documentation and timely submissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mortgage sales experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Active NMLS license required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Solid understanding of mortgage products (FHA, VA, Conventional, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of mortgage loan officers to drive sales growth.
• Monitor pipeline activity and ensure consistent deal flow.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the client base.
• Oversee loan origination and ensure accurate documentation.
• Guide team through complex loan scenarios.

Position Overview

The Mortgage Loan Officer Leader is responsible for managing, mentoring, and driving the performance of a team of mortgage loan officers. This role combines leadership, sales strategy, compliance oversight, and customer relationship management to ensure the team meets production goals while delivering excellent client service.
