Responsibilities

• Originates and processes mortgage loan applications from initial contact to closing.
• Uses LOS to input data, run pre-qualifications, and manage pipeline; reviews documents and underwriting support as needed.
• Conducts financial analysis, computes debt-to-income ratios, and explains loan options to clients.
• Builds relationships with borrowers, real estate professionals, and partners; negotiates terms and coordinates closing activities.
• Maintains records and ensures compliance and high-quality customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Active National Mortgage Licensing System Registry (NMLS) license.
• 1+ years of sales experience or relevant financial loan experience at a commercial bank, credit union, mortgage company, or other financial institution.

• Utilizes Loan Origination System (LOS) to input data, run pre-qualifications, and manage pipeline; reviews documents and performs underwriting support as needed.
• Conducts financial analysis, calculates debt-to-income ratios, and communicates loan options and conditions clearly to clients.
• Builds relationships with borrowers, real estate professionals, and partners; negotiates terms and coordinates closing activities to secure timely funding.
• Maintains thorough records, adheres to compliance standards, and provides high-quality customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.
