Job summary

Coda Search│Staffing is seeking motivated Mortgage Loan Officers to join a growing team. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and a strong support platform to help originators build their business.

Responsibilities include originating residential loans from consultation through closing, educating clients on products, and collaborating with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to ensure a smooth loan experience. Prior licensing and LOS familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license (or ability to obtain required licensing).
• Previous experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and other residential loan products.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Experience with loan origination systems (LOS) and remote technology platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple loans simultaneously.
