Responsibilities include originating residential loans, building borrower relationships, educating clients on loan options, and coordinating with processing, underwriting, and closing teams while maintaining compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Active NMLS Mortgage LO license (or ability to obtain).
• Experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and other loan products.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with loan origination systems (LOS) and remote platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple loans simultaneously.
