• Provide consistent communication and guidance to clients from application through closing.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address questions or concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow applicable mortgage lending regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective borrowers and referral partners.
• Manage daily responsibilities independently in a fully remote work environment.
