Job summary

Coda Search│Staffing is seeking motivated Mortgage Loan Officers to join a growing team. This remote opportunity offers a flexible platform, competitive compensation, and strong earning potential as you originate residential loans from initial consultation through closing.

You will build relationships with borrowers and referral partners, educate clients on loan options, collect documents, and coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams while maintaining compliance with lending

Qualifications

• Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license (or ability to obtain).
• Experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and other residential loan products.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Experience with loan origination systems (LOS) and remote technology platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple loans simultaneously.
