Qualifications

• Experience in processing mortgage loan applications from origination through closing.
• Knowledge of Fannie Mae guidelines and investor requirements.
• Familiarity with RESPA, Reg Z and related disclosures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mortgage loan disclosures in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Track disclosures and appraisals for electronic delivery.
• Coordinate with clients to obtain supporting credit documentation and communicate approvals/conditions.
• Order third-party documents at closing (Appraisal, Title, Flood cert).
• Input applications in LOS, run credit reports and AUS, review preliminary findings.
• Coordinate with parties to clear loan conditions and prepare for closing.
