Qualifications
- Three+ years of retail loan origination experience.
- Ability to analyze financial situations and recommend loan options.
- Active and/or Approved-inactive NMLS license in the state of operation.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Build rapport with borrowers and leverage existing relationships to reach mortgage goals.
- Consult with customers and analyze finances to recommend best loan products.
- Ensure loans meet customer needs and Kind Lending guidelines.
- Understand loan origination process and coordinate with operations staff.
- Input and upload applications into loan origination software.
- Structure and price loans accurately per Kind Lending guidelines.
