Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Mortgage lending or related field
• NMLS License is required
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collect documentation and work with underwriting guidelines

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to understand financial goals and eligibility for mortgage loans.
• Educate clients on mortgage products, terms, and options with personalized recommendations.
• Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with underwriters, processors, realtors, and lenders to facilitate loan approvals and closings.
• Lock in rates and submit complete loan packages for processing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and timely updates throughout the loan process.
