Qualifications

• 3+ years mortgage closing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending guidelines (conventional, FHA, VA, USDA).
• Familiarity with loan origination systems (LOS).
• Understanding of TRID, RESPA, TILA and agency rules.

Responsibilities

• Close and prepare closing documents for residential and consumer loans.
• Review CDs and closing packages for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate closing timelines with settlement agents, loan officers, and borrowers.
• Ensure loan terms, fees, escrows and program compliance.
• Finalize loan figures prior to closing and fund loans.
• Deliver and post-close support to the post-closing/secondary market.
