Job summary

Georgia Banking Company is seeking highly motivated Mortgage Loan Officers to originate residential mortgage loans, guide clients through the loan process, and build long-term relationships with homebuyers and real estate professionals.

You will proactively develop relationships with realtors, builders, and referral partners to generate leads, assist clients in selecting the right mortgage loan products, and manage the origination-to-closing cycle while staying compliant with lending regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Mortgage Loan Originator license required.
• Proven track record in mortgage sales and lead generation.
• Deep knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loan products.

Responsibilities

• Strong sales, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
