Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent mortgage industry experience.
• Experience as a Loan Officer Assistant, Processor, or Underwriter preferred.
• Strong understanding of income calculation and loan programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the pre-approval pipeline from application through issuance.
• Provide client and realtor communication throughout the process.
• Ensure files are clean, structured, and moving forward.
• Participate in weekly pipeline meetings and maintain accountability.
