Job summary

Responsibilities

• Communicate with members to obtain, organize, and validate documentation required to close a first mortgage loan.
• Coordinate third-party services (credit reports, appraisals, employment verifications, title work) for timely processing.
• Submit necessary documentation to investors within established timelines.
• Collaborate with the Loan Officer to ensure timely receipt of documents.
• Assist the Loan Officer in keeping the member informed of loan progress and status updates.
• Support processing of mortgage loan purchases and daily rate uploads and wiring funding as needed.
