Qualifications

• 2-3 years banking/lending experience.
• Advanced banking and lending knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail oriented and analytical thinker.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and review of all loan and deposit documents.
• Order appraisals and verify collateral values from approved appraisers.
• Order environmental assessments on real estate collateral.
• Order title commitments and liaise with title companies and borrowers.
• Order flood determinations and review findings with Loan Officer.
• Request borrower credit reports and assist post-closing items.
• Prepare loan worksheets and assemble loan documents for closings.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional communication with clients.
